All classes and private sessions subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Allegro Classes limited to 6 students

We reserve the right to cancel any class secondary to attendance


Class Terms

Beginner A class anyone is able to attend after the initial evaluation/introduction. This class is a great way to ease into the class setting and familiarize yourself with Reformer Pilates
Allegro Our multi-level class, there will be a variety of clients and our instuctors can offer multiple levels of exercises to enhance your workout
Advanced                    A class for experienced clients who have been training in Pilates, usually moves at a quicker pace; a good knowledge of Pilates terminology, moves and ability is encouraged

A slower paced class, usually offered by invitation from our owner / instructor Donna Parise Byrne

Post-Rehab This class was created specifically for clients moving out of Rebilitation with our physical therapists into a class setting, it is offered by invitation only from our owner / instructor Donna Parise Byrne
Total Joint Replacement This class was created for clients who have had total replacements of Knees, Shoulders or Hips. Taught by a Physical Therapist or one of our instructors who has also had a hip replacement, these classes will give a total body workout focusing on strengthening your new joints!
Cardio Jumpboard A low impact cardio class using the Pilates jumpboard! The jumpboard intervals keep the blood pumping mixed with unique strength and flexibility training on the reformer. Intermediate level fitness based Pilates workout.
